Mary Higgins I have been a member of Nativity of Our Savior Parish since May, 1973.  This year we will celebrate our 33rd Wedding anniversary.  The first 15 years of our marriage I was unable to get pregnant.  After numerous tests and many doctor visits, I became pregnant with Chris and then 2 years later, we had Joey.  My husband Chuck and I have truly been blessed.  Even though my husband is not Catholic, he has always supported my faith and both boys attended Nativity School.  What a beautiful school we have at Nativity.  I have been a Religious Education Teacher at Nativity for over 20 years.  Some of my former students are married with children of their own.  I have been actively involved in the Altar and Rosary Sodality for almost 30 years.  I have held the office of President of Sodality twice.  Approximately 5 years ago, I became a Eucharistic Minister, what a rewarding ministry.  Being invloved at Nativity Parish has blessed me with many life long friends and support during the most difficult times of my life.  If you are not involved in our parish, I encourage you to do so.  You will never regret it.
